When Is The Best Time To Have My Portrait Done?
A portrait is a wonderful and loving way to capture a little slice of life so there is never really a bad time to have us create that special image for you and your family. There are however, some times that are strongly recommended.
- Family Portraits when there is a new addition to the family, when the oldest or youngest starts or finishes school, prior to a wedding and 25th or greater anniversary. Family portraits can be created to express your families lifestyle and designed to match the decor of the room they will be showcased in.
- Children's Portrait
because children change so fast, we recommend having your child photographed twice a year for the first three years and then annually after that.
- Senior Portraits
These could very well be the most important portraits we ever do. It's a time in our lives when we have become an adult, developed a sense of personal style and are starting to know who we are and what we're all about. Senior portraits are traditionally done in the summer of the senior year. While some people enjoy trying to wrestle with school, work and activities schedules, most find it easier and more convenient to come in during the summer. We photograph seniors from all over Iowa so call in the spring for the best summer time slots.
